Remote terminal response time with a resolution according to the timebase resolution (used only with the message monitor mode, see KMXF_MIL1553_BM_MODE attribute). The second response time is only used when a RT-RT message is received. In this case, it contains the receiver response time. The maximum is about 4 seconds in nanosecond resolution mode or 4000 seconds in microsecond resolution mode.
