A429 Error Injection and Detection.vi
Description
A429 Error Injection and Detection demo is used to execute ARINC 429 words transmit / receive cycle with the possibility: - to inject and detect protocol errors - to get the time tag for each ARINC 429 word received
Walkthrough
Once session is started, this demo configures the ARINC 429 port (speed, parity and internal loopback).
Before starting the transmit / receive cycle, user needs to select the number of ARINC 429 words to transmit and enter the ARINC 429 words to send onto the data bus. At the next step, user can inject one or more errors in each ARINC 429 word using the ARINC 429 error array. On receive, ARINC 429 words are retrieved with time tags and the user can visualize decoded errors found in received words. Once the cycle is executed the port is closed and the session is terminated.
