The length of the message must be set by a call to mxfASCBMsgLengthSet(), otherwise it will be “0”.

Data Length Verification

To enable the Data Length verification, call the mxfASCBMsgLengthSet() function with the channel handle of the BM. This will enable the data length verification on the BM for this specific user address.
